Strive Health Services, LLC is a family owned and operated homecare agency located in Georgetown, TX. We offer quality, compassionate health care services. A thorough screening process, including background checks and drug testing, allows Strive Health Service to hire only experienced, qualified caregivers. Strive provides long term, continuous care to chronically ill adult, elderly or pediatric clients. We have a combined 50 years of experience caring for a variety of conditions including but not limited to Pediatric Care, Neurological Disorders, Cancer, Alzheimer’s, ALS, and Respiratory Conditions.

Sierrah Edmonds | Chief Executive Officer

Sierrah Edmonds graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing in 2009. Following graduation, she began a career in healthcare starting at the entry level of a homecare organization. Over the course of the next 3 years Sierrah learned how rewarding taking care of patients in their home was.

She continued climbing the corporate ladder holding position titles of recruiter, account manager, and administrator. While she found this experience worthwhile and exciting, Sierrah always knew owning a company in this industry was her goal. Sierrah loves to create a supportive healthcare team for each patient. The personal experience offered in the home setting is what has driven Sierrah to hold the position as CEO for Strive Health Services. Sierrah has two children, a rambunctious 4 year old named William and a spunky 1 yr old named Isabella.

Kelly McMullen, RN | Chief Nursing Officer

Kelly has 25 years of nursing experience. She has practiced in several different disciplines yet has always found her way back to homecare. Kelly’s resume includes experience in school nursing, adult and pediatric homecare, hospital staff nursing, case management, and utilization review. During her tenure in these positions Kelly always found herself taking on a leadership role. She has held many managerial titles including: director of clinical services, corporate nurse supervisor, and regional clinical specialist in various settings. Kelly offers invaluable experience learned throughout her time as an RN.

She has held the role of Administrator in Texas for many years. Above all, Kelly loves the relationship with the patients. Kelly believes that the patient is most comfortable when they are well taken care of at home. Which led Kelly to her role as the chief nursing officer for Strive Health Services where she will lead the clinical team to provide the best for our patients. Kelly is a wife to Dean McMullen and mom of 4 children.

Scott Edmonds | Chief Operating Officer

Scott Edmonds graduated from Texas A&M University, class of 2007. Most of his career has been spent in residential and commercial landscaping. He began working in that field in high school and continued after graduating from college. He has extensive operational experience working both as a small business owner in Houston and as an Account Manager for a large commercial landscaping company in Austin.

He and Sierrah began talking about starting their own Private Duty Nursing agency after she worked in the industry for just a couple years. Scott is now in the role of COO at Strive Health Services, drawing off his 12 years of experience in operations in various roles.

Audrey Brisiel | Operations Coordinator

Audrey is from Houston, TX and has 9 years of experience in the health care industry. She started in administration at a senior living community in The Woodlands, TX. After moving to the Austin Area in 2014, she helped open a mental health and substance abuse hospital in Georgetown, TX. Audrey worked at the hospital for 3 years, starting as the Receptionist and moving up to Admissions and Financial Counselor.

In March 2017 Audrey met with Sierrah and was hired to help open Strive Health Services. Throughout her time at Strive Audrey has learned the ins and outs of Private Duty Nursing by working in all aspects of operations. From Receptionist to now Operations Coordinator, Audrey is entrenched in the everyday operations of Strive.

julie mannella RN, BSN | Director of Nursing

Julie graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Allied Health and a minor in Business Administration in 2009. She then went on to attend Nursing School at Texas State University, graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Following graduation, she began her nursing career in a Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She worked there for 6 ½ years taking care of critical infants and gaining valuable knowledge as a nurse.

She always knew she wanted to help patients grow to their full potential. She met with Strive Health Services in the beginning of 2018 and knew the private duty nursing was the place for her.

maddison boecker | Office Assistant

Maddison was born and raised in Austin, TX. Since October 2018, she has enjoyed learning and growing in the Private Duty Nursing here at Strive. She has always appreciated those in the healthcare industry, especially the Caregivers/Nurses. Outside of work, Maddison typically spends her time outdoors and with her family.

She is looking forward to her future with Strive, where she can put her creativity and organizational skills to work every day.
