About Us

Founded in 2017, Strive Health Services, LLC is a family owned and operated licensed homecare agency serving Central and Southeast Texas through offices located in Georgetown, Bryan/College Station and The Woodlands, Texas. Strive employs experienced, qualified RNs and LVNs to provide skilled Private Duty Nursing to medically complex clients of all ages, as well as caregivers for Companion and Personal Care Services to support those aging at home in our community.  

In 2024, Strive enhanced our mission to be an active part of the community by providing and improving healthcare services to meet the needs of our patients by expanding to offer comprehensive therapy services for children from newborns to 21 years of age. Our range of therapies includes Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapies, tailored to address a diverse array of needs. While our therapy services are currently available exclusively at our Georgetown office serving the greater Austin area, we look forward to expanding our program in the near future.  Contact us to inquire about therapy services available in your area. 

Community Engagement

 We Strive to be an active part of the community by providing and improving healthcare services to meet the needs of the patients we serve. By partnering with local advocacy organizations or through sponsorship opportunities, we get to carry out our mission in a fun and rewarding way. The best part is that supporting groups unique to our patients is an effective way to share resources and meet new friends. Recent events include Lunches of Love – Ronald McDonald House; Books of Love – March of Dimes; Walk N Roll- Lone Star Paralysis Foundation; Golf Event – Tee Up for CASA; Career Fair – Blinn College of Nursing Career. We love sharing these events with our patients and team members and we are always looking for new ways to do more.
