Strive Health Services, LLC is a family owned and operated licensed homecare agency serving Central and Southeast Texas through offices located in Georgetown, Bryan/College Station and The Woodlands, Texas. Strive employs experienced, qualified RNs and LVNs to provide skilled Private Duty Nursing to medically complex clients of all ages, as well as caregivers for Companion and Personal Care Services to support those aging at home in our community.

Strive employs Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses, as well as Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides in some office locations. RNs and LVNs with experience working with complex diagnosis or patients with a g-tube, tracheostomy or ventilator are encouraged to apply. We also offer extensive training in our skills lab as well as hands on training in the patient’s home to support each employee’s development needs.
